INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Plant-based Protein
- 125g konjac
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 chili pepper
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Peel the stem, slice it in half lengthwise, and cut into 5mm thick pieces. Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper, then slice it thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the konjac briefly.
Add the broccoli to the pan and sauté briefly. Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning mixture (mirin, soy sauce, ginger, chili, and sesame seeds) to the pan and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
