INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 100g chicken breast, sliced
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 2 green peppers, julienned
Staples
- 40g vermicelli noodles
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 🌰 2 tsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Julienne the carrot and green peppers.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 1cm pieces and coat with potato starch. Cut vermicelli into manageable lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken until its color changes.
Add carrot and water to the pan. Bring to a boil, then add vermicelli and mix briefly. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add green peppers and the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame seeds). Stir-fry until the peppers soften.
