INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 100g garlic sprouts
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
PASSOS
Cut garlic sprouts into 4cm pieces and julienne the carrot. Mince garlic and ginger.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix sake, sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic and ginger, and stir until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until the surface changes color.
Add garlic sprouts and carrot, stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the sauce and cook for 1 minute until the liquid evaporates.
