INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (200g) enoki mushrooms
- 1 piece (250g) konjac
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sliced chili, a pinch
PASSOS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Slice the konjac into 5mm thick strips.
Heat a frying pan and add the konjac. Stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates, then add enoki mushrooms and sesame oil. Stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and sliced chili, and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
