INGREDIENTES

- 200g fish cake
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp allulose
- 💧 3–4 tbsp water
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Prepare the sauce by mixing chili powder, soy sauce, garlic, allulose, and water. Let the chili powder soak.
Cut the fish cake into large pieces and slice the green onion into chunks.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a small pan over medium heat.
Add green onion and garlic to the heated pan and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry on low heat for 1 minute to let the flavors infuse.
Pour 2/3 of the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry on low heat.
Adjust seasoning by adding the remaining sauce if needed. Stir-fry for 2 minutes on low heat.
Add a little water if the mixture becomes too dry and stir-fry until the sauce is well combined.
Serve the stir-fried fish cake on a plate and enjoy.
