INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 1 sheet fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sauce
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 pinches sugar
- Dash of black pepper
PASSOS
Soak the glass noodles in water for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the ingredients: slice the onion, fish cake, and chili peppers.
Mix the sauce ingredients: water, minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
Heat chili oil and vegetable oil in a pan over low heat, then add chopped green onion to make scallion oil.
Increase to medium heat and stir-fry the onion for 30 seconds.
Add the fish cake and chili peppers, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add the soaked glass noodles and cook until they are fully cooked.
Adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.
Serve the stir-fried fish cake and noodles over a bowl of rice.
