INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 2 cabbage leaves (80g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add ground meat and grated garlic. Press the meat with a spatula and cook over medium heat until browned.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel and push the meat to the side. Add cabbage and onion, stir-frying until softened.
Add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry while breaking up the meat. Combine well.
