INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (80g)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
PASSOS
Cut the zucchini into bite-sized pieces (irregular cuts) while rotating it. Cut the yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, miso, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground meat and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add zucchini and yellow bell pepper, stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce mixture and stir briefly.
