- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g sliced lotus root
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- A pinch of sliced chili
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the lotus root in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Soak in water and drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and chili, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add lotus root and stir-fry until it becomes translucent. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
