INGREDIENTES
Mushrooms
- 🍄 400g oyster mushrooms
Vegetables
- 🧅 4–5 stalks green onion
- 3 green chilies
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms slightly and separate them into clusters of 3–4 pieces.
Finely chop the green onions and green chilies.
Prepare the sauce by mixing minced garlic, corn syrup, soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, chili powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Heat a pan without oil and cook the oyster mushrooms over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and cook on high heat, allowing the mushrooms to absorb the flavors.
Simmer until the liquid evaporates and the mushrooms are well-coated with the sauce.
