INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 300g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1.5 onions, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, finely chopped
Condiments
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
PASSOS
Finely chop 1.5 onions and 1/4 stalk of green onion.
Heat a wide pan and add 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Stir-fry the chopped onions and green onion for 90 seconds over medium-low heat.
Add 300g ground pork and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.
Season with 4 tbsp soy sauce and stir continuously for 1 minute to prevent sticking.
Add 1 tbsp chili powder, 4 tbsp gochujang, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. Use 2–3 tbsp as a base for fried rice, tofu stew, or other dishes.
