INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Staples
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
PASSOS
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating stems and leaves. Slice shiitake mushrooms thinly and mince green onion.
Coat shrimp with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until color changes. Add bok choy stems and shiitake mushrooms, stir-frying until softened. Then add bok choy leaves and green onion, stir-frying briefly.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili bean paste) and stir-fry until flavors are well combined.
