INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
Other
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Rub the peeled shrimp with sake and cornstarch.
Mix the soy sauce, sake, doubanjiang, chicken stock powder, and pepper in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add garlic and shrimp. Stir-fry until the shrimp turns white.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.
