INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 200g tofu, drained and crumbled
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Seasoning Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Black pepper, to taste
PASSOS
Drain the tofu using a kitchen towel or cloth, then crumble it into small pieces.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
In a pan, combine sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, oligosaccharide syrup, mirin, and black pepper. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the crumbled tofu and chopped green onion to the pan. Stir-fry gently over low heat until the green onion softens.
Serve over a bowl of rice, garnish with sesame seeds, and optionally top with a soft-boiled egg.
