INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 1 can of tuna (200g)
- 🧅 7 stalks of green onion
- 🧄 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 red chili
- 🥚 2 eggs
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp tuna sauce
PASSOS
Finely chop the green onions.
Mince the green chilies, red chili, and garlic.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
In a bowl, mash the tuna and mix it with the eggs.
Add the chopped green onions, chilies, garlic, and tuna sauce to the bowl and mix well.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon the mixture onto the pan, shaping it into small round pancakes.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve the pancakes on a plate.
