INGREDIENTES

- 680g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 1/2 zucchini
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- sufficient water
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
PASSOS
Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the zucchini and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and wash the green onion, onion, and garlic. Slice the green onion diagonally, julienne the onion, and mince the garlic.
Heat a pot, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the pork. Add chili powder and continue stir-frying.
Add green onion and onion to the pot and stir-fry together.
Once the pork is partially cooked, add zucchini and stir-fry. Add soy sauce and cooking wine, and continue stir-frying.
Pour water into the pot and simmer until the pork is fully cooked. Add minced garlic and boil briefly. Adjust the seasoning with salt before serving.
