INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 2 servings of pasta
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bunch of spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 7-10 cloves garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- Adequate olive oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
- Adequate ground pepper
PASSOS
Boil pasta in salted water (1/2 tbsp coarse salt) for 7-8 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add sliced onion and sauté until aromatic.
Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.
Add pasta and 1 ladle of pasta water to the pan, then mix well.
Season with ground pepper and either oyster sauce or salt.
Plate the pasta by twirling it neatly and serve warm.
