INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/3 bag spinach (66.7g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
- White sesame seeds to taste
PASSOS
Cut the spinach into 3cm pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef and onion, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Push the beef to one side of the pan, add spinach, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and mix well. Cook for another 1–2 minutes over medium heat.
Serve the cooked mixture over rice and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
