INGREDIENTES
Flour
- 50g cake flour
- 50g bread flour
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Liquid
- 💧 4 tbsp lukewarm water
- 💧 50cc water
Vegetable
- 🥬 50g spinach
Dairy
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Add cake flour, bread flour, and salt to a storage bag and mix well.
Add lukewarm water to the bag and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 1 hour.
Wash spinach, cut into bite-sized pieces, and microwave in a heatproof container for 30 seconds at 600W. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, flatten each, and place spinach and pizza cheese on top. Wrap and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the oyaki in the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and evaporate any remaining water.
