- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🍄 100g maitake mushroom
Seasonings
- 2 tsp miso
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🌰 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture. Trim the base of maitake mushrooms and separate into small clusters.
Mix the seasonings (miso, sugar, sesame seeds, and garlic) in a microwave-safe container. Add maitake mushrooms, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add spinach to the container and mix well.
