INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Garnish
- Chili threads as needed
PASSOS
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 2 minutes at 600W. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until fully cooked.
Add bean sprouts and the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, oyster sauce) to the pan. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Add the spinach to the pan and stir briefly to combine. Serve on a plate and garnish with chili threads.
