INGREDIENTES

- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥢 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Trim the roots of the spinach and make a cross-cut. Wash the leaves and roots thoroughly. Cut into 4cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Rinse with cold water, drain, and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the root ends off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add butter, and let it melt halfway. Add the bacon and shimeji mushrooms, and sauté for about 2 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
Add the spinach and sauté for another minute. Add the soy sauce and salt and pepper, and stir until evenly combined.
