INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
Protein
- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 40g frozen spinach
White Sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
PASSOS
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Place butter and flour in a microwave-safe container. Heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds, then mix well.
Add milk in three portions, mixing well each time. Add consomme, salt, and pepper, then mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave, mix, then add spinach and tuna. Mix again, cover loosely, and microwave for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
