INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
PASSOS
Trim the spinach roots if necessary and divide into halves or quarters.
Wash the spinach thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Boil 1L of water with 1/2 tsp salt on high heat.
Blanch the spinach for about 40 seconds, flipping to ensure even cooking.
Immediately transfer the blanched spinach to cold water to cool, then gently squeeze out excess water.
Mix doenjang, soy sauce, anchovy sauce, chili powder, and minced garlic to create the seasoning.
Slice the green onion and mix it with the spinach and seasoning.
Add sesame oil and crushed sesame seeds for enhanced aroma and flavor.
