Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp doenjang
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp seasoning powder
- 🧅 0.5 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Wash the spinach thoroughly multiple times and drain the water.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess water.
In a pot, add water, 1.5 tbsp doenjang, 0.5 tbsp gochujang, 0.5 tbsp seasoning powder, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, and 0.5 tbsp chopped green onion, then add the spinach.
Boil on high heat until fully cooked.
