INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, sliced
Meat
- 4 slices bacon
Dairy
- 🧈 15g butter
- 🥛 50ml milk
- 50g shredded cheese
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients. Wash spinach and remove excess water.
Cut spinach into thirds.
Slice onion thinly.
Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Halve cherry tomatoes.
Beat eggs in a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix 50ml milk into the egg mixture.
Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté garlic and onion until onion turns translucent.
Add bacon and cook until nearly done.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Spread the vegetables evenly in the pan and pour the egg mixture over them.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy your spinach frittata!
