INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 1 bunch spinach
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oils & Liquids
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces, slice garlic thinly, and cut bacon into 3cm strips.
Add olive oil, water, and garlic to a frying pan. Layer spinach and bacon on top, then heat over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper, then mix well before serving.
