INGREDIENTES

- 300g spring cabbage
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1/2 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Blanch the spring cabbage briefly in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp coarse salt.
Rinse the cabbage thoroughly in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add chopped green onion and all the seasonings into the bowl.
Mix everything gently by hand until well combined, then transfer to a serving dish.
