- 150g squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1/2 red paprika
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Cornstarch as needed
Sweet Vinegar Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
PASSOS
Cut the onion, green bell peppers, and red paprika into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the squid by removing the innards, cutting off the tentacles below the eyes, and cleaning thoroughly.
Wash the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Season the squid with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with cornstarch.
Mix all the ingredients for the sweet vinegar sauce in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the squid over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add the vegetables, and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.
Add the sweet vinegar sauce to the pan, stir lightly, then return the squid to the pan and coat evenly.
