- 🦑 150g squid
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head lettuce
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, slice cucumber thinly, and cut boiled egg into wedges.
Clean squid by removing the innards and cartilage. Cut the body into 2cm rings and tentacles into bite-sized pieces.
Boil squid in hot water for 1 minute, then remove and let cool.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and pepper in a bowl. Add squid and toss to coat. Arrange lettuce, boiled egg, and squid on a plate.
