INGREDIENTES
Mushroom
- 1 pack of nameko mushrooms
- 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
Vegetable
- 🧅 Chopped green onions to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp gochujang

Rinse the nameko mushrooms to remove slime and drain. Trim the root of enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds.

Add nameko mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and all seasonings into a pot. Heat until boiling, then simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onions.
