PASSOS
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with salt and sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Let it steam for 5 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces once cooled.
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces after removing the pit and peeling. Slice the crab sticks diagonally into halves.
