INGREDIENTES

- 1 whole napa cabbage
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 🧄 6 cloves minced garlic
- 🧅 2 stalks white part of green onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 50 ml water
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
PASSOS
Cut the napa cabbage in half and steam it until wilted, about 8 minutes.
