PASSOS
Scrub the oyster shells under running water using a brush and pat them dry.
Place the oysters in a pot with the flat side facing up and add sake.
Cover the pot with a lid and heat over medium heat for 6–10 minutes until the shells open and the oysters are cooked through.
Remove the shells and serve the oysters on a plate.
