- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥔 200g grated potato
- 10g chopped cilantro
- 🥕 30g finely chopped carrot
- 🧅 30g finely chopped onion
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 20g cornstarch
PASSOS
Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water until softened.
Grate the potato using a grater.
Chop the cilantro finely.
Finely chop the carrot, onion, and red chili.
Mix the grated potato with the chopped carrot, onion, and red chili.
Remove the stems from the soaked shiitake mushrooms and coat the base with cornstarch. Fill each mushroom with the potato mixture.
Steam the stuffed mushrooms in a preheated steamer for about 10 minutes.
