INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head cabbage (500g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Staples
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings for Meat Filling
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
Seasonings for Soup
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 💧 200ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into 4 wedges and mince the onion.
In a plastic bag, combine ground pork, minced onion, and the meat filling seasonings. Knead until sticky, then cut off a corner of the bag.
Pipe 1/4 of the meat filling between the leaves of each cabbage wedge, pressing firmly to shape. Dust both sides with flour. Repeat for all wedges.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage wedges and sear both sides until browned. Add the soup seasonings and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Plate the cooked cabbage wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.
