- 🌱 450g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
PASSOS
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain the water. Place them in a pot and add all the seasonings except the chopped green onion.
Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. The moisture released from the bean sprouts will evaporate, leaving them crispy and eliminating any raw smell.
Add the chopped green onion, turn off the heat, and mix well.
