INGREDIENTES

- 200g bean sprouts
Canned Goods
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Break it apart and stir-fry briefly.
Spread the bean sprouts over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam-fry on medium heat for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the bean sprouts soften. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
