INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
☆ Ingredients
- 20g shirasu
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 A small amount of grated garlic
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage and potato into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the potato in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container at 600W for 5 minutes.
Heat the ☆ ingredients in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant, then add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Add the potato and stir-fry together.
Add soy sauce, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper to adjust the flavor.
