- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage

- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Condiment
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper

- 🌱 Pinch of chopped green onion
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and separate the leaves from the core.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cabbage core, and stir-fry.
Once the cabbage core softens, add the cabbage leaves and stir-fry briefly. Mix in oyster sauce and mayonnaise, then season with black pepper.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
