INGREDIENTES

- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy
- 🥕 1/6 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake for marinade
- 1 tsp soy sauce for marinade
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake for sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce for sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake and soy sauce.
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces. Slice carrot into thin pieces and onion into thin slices.
Boil water in a pot, cook glass noodles according to package instructions, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add carrot, onion, and bok choy stems to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add bok choy leaves, glass noodles, and the sauce mixture (sake, soy sauce, water, salt, and pepper). Stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
