INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oils
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Cut the tomato in half lengthwise, remove the stem, and slice into wedges. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and stir gently until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Add sesame oil and garlic, and heat over low heat until fragrant. Add the ground meat, pressing it into the pan to brown one side. Flip and break it apart, cooking until fully browned.
Add the chopped tomato and stir briefly. Mix in the oyster sauce and mayonnaise, stirring until well combined. Return the semi-cooked eggs to the pan and mix gently.
