INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, 200g, diced
- 3 bell peppers, 90g, diced
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Remove the stem from the tomato and dice into 2cm cubes. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and dice into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground pork and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry until softened. Add tomatoes and the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper), and stir-fry briefly.
