INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 1 handful ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 red chili
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp mirin
- A suitable amount of canola oil
PASSOS
Chop shiitake mushrooms, carrot, onion, and red chili.
In a pan, add ground pork, minced garlic, mirin, black pepper, and 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce.
Add the cooked ground pork to the chopped vegetables in the pan.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and a suitable amount of canola oil to the pan.
Add 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp corn syrup, black pepper, and sesame seeds.
Stir-fry everything together until well combined and cooked through.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
