INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 200g konjac
- 1 paprika, sliced
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the konjac in water with 1 tbsp vinegar for 2 minutes to remove its odor.
Rinse the boiled konjac under cold water and set aside.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing paprika and onion, and mincing garlic.
Heat a pan with oil and sauté minced garlic and onion until translucent.
Add paprika and konjac to the pan and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
Season with oyster sauce and adjust salt to taste.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly, then finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and ground pepper.
