INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 zucchinis
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
Liquid
- 💧 50 ml water
PASSOS
Wash the zucchinis, trim the ends, and cut them in half.
Slice the zucchinis into thick pieces for better texture.
Cut the onion in half, then slice it into slightly wide pieces.
Heat a pan slightly and add perilla oil.
Add the zucchini slices to the pan and stir gently to coat them with oil.
Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry together with the zucchini.
Add the sliced onions to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add shrimp paste to the pan and mix well.
Pour in soy sauce and water, then stir-fry until the liquid reduces.
Check the seasoning and adjust with salt or water as needed.
Transfer the stir-fried zucchini and onions to a serving plate.
