INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce (200g)
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Dairy
- 🧈 15g salted butter
Seasoning
- 4g bonito flakes
PASSOS
Cut the lettuce into large bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller clusters.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened and cooked through. Add the lettuce and stir quickly until coated with butter. Add soy sauce and mix well.
Turn off the heat and add bonito flakes. Toss to evenly coat the ingredients.
