INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/3 head lettuce (130g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Remove the core of the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and stir-fry quickly until half-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining 0.5 tbsp of salad oil to the pan, heat it, and stir-fry the lettuce and tuna briefly. Return the eggs to the pan, add the seasonings (sake, mentsuyu, salt, and pepper), and stir-fry quickly to combine.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
