- 🐖 250g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- A dash of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Chop the green onion finely.
Add minced pork to a pan with 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a dash of black pepper.
Stir-fry the pork until it is fully cooked.
Add chopped green onion, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, and 1/2 tbsp corn syrup.
Continue stir-frying until the sauce is well absorbed.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
