INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1 bag pea shoots
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSOS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half. Mince the garlic.
Heat sesame oil and minced garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add the octopus and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the pea shoots and stir-fry briefly, then mix in the seasonings (salt, pepper, chicken stock powder). Stir well and serve.
